Our Story
My name is Chris and I moved to Maine with my wife Dorothy in 2016 to take over the Appliance Doctor company from my aging grandfather, Jack Heineman. He had been successfully running this business for 36 years prior to that. I am grateful for the time that I had training under him and gleaning from all of his experience and knowledge. In 2019 my grandfather passed away. I am so glad that his legacy gets to live on through Appliance Doctor and that I have the privilege of carrying that out. I enjoy serving the families of Maine. It’s great meeting new people and helping their homes function at their best. It is my personal mission to deliver kind, honest service to every customer. I am thankful when you choose us for your appliance repair needs and I want you to be satisfied with that choice.

Our Pricing
Starting Service Fee- $ 95
The service fee includes a scheduled trip to your home and a diagnosis of the appliance. Parts and labor may be additional. You will be quoted before moving forward with any repair that would cost you above the minimum service fee for your area.
Traveling to a location beyond 15 miles from Bangor will result in an additional travel fee.
